Ham & Broccoli Casserole

What You'll Need:

1 bag frozen broccoli florets
1 - 2 cups diced ham (1/2 lb - 1 lb)
1 cup grated Mozzarella
8-10 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. all-purpose seasoning blend
salt & pepper to taste

What To Do:

Add the broccoli to the bottom of a large glass pan. Add ham. Meanwhile, whisk eggs and seasonings. Top with the mozzarella cheese. Pour mixture over the top. Bake at 375 until set. It varies depending on your oven. Mine took about 40 minutes.

Gosh, that looks delish! And could be used with any veggie that's cheap in season.
