Paula Deen's Corn Casserole

This stuff is essentially crack. It is delicious and the whole big pan got gobbled up in a jiffy!


1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 box (8 oz) Jiffy cornbread mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 to 1-1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all but the cheese together in a bowl. 
Bake for 45 minutes. Top with cheddar. Bake 5-10 minutes more.

Note: I also added a can of green chilies. It made it even yummier in my opinion!
