This recipe is beyond easy. Seriously very simple.
1 bag coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
1 can pineapple tidbits
Green onions to taste
Coleslaw dressing:
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. vinegar (I like Apple Cider the best)
1 T. pineapple juice
Combine the coleslaw mix, green onions, and pineapple in a bowl, draining the pineapple juice and reserving a tablespoon of the juice for the dressing. Set aside.
Put the mayonnaise in a small bowl. Add the sugar to the top and do not stir. Add the vinegar on top of the sugar. Let it sit on the sugar until it is dissolved. Add the pineapple juice. Stir.
Mix the dressing with the salad and try not to eat the whole bowl full.
