It's a lot easier now that we are shopping differently though. This is what I buy now; meat, veggies, fruit. Add in nuts, quinoa, whole wheat bread, eggs, and almond milk. That is the bulk of it. Granted there are a few other things obviously like honey and almond butter but it is not much hassle to shop anymore. I love it!

Another thing I love? The fact that I am wearing clothes I haven't been able to wear in a long time. Oh, and the scale...the number keeps going down! Miracle of miracles. It's nice to see that instead of going the other way. I've been walking 2.2 miles three to four times every week. That feels good too! Honestly, it has really helped my mood.
